About Us

The Justice House of Prayer (JHOP) in Boston/Cambridge, led locally by Darrell and Bethany Temple, exists to build a culture of worship and prayer.

We are a community of young and old who seek to lift a continuous (24/7) cry of worship and intercession for and out of our nation's birthplace.

Over 300 years ago, a man named Count Niklaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf helped to establish a community of believers in Europe known as the Moravians. Those saints began a prayer meeting in Hernhutt, Germany that continued 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for over 100 years. Like the Moravians, our desire at JHOP Boston is nothing less than to keep the flame on the altar burning continually before the Lord (Leviticus 6).

The primary motivation of all that is done at JHOP is to pour out our extravagant love and devotion to Jesus Christ who is worthy of all praise and adoration. True reformation, revival, and revolution in our city and nation will only be born out of a spiritual shift.
